Payment, Refund & Security Policy

All payments are accepted strictly via secure, traceable methods only:

Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, or Bank Transfer. We do not accept cash or unprotected payment methods.

Deposits & Payments

A holding deposit is required to secure your unit. All payments—whether deposit or full balance—are processed securely and documented.

Refund Policy

All payments are fully refundable within 14 days after delivery, provided the unit is not exactly as specified in your agreement.

Refunds will only be approved where the unit differs from what was agreed in:

Your written contract

Design consultation / video call

Visual inspection (by appointment, where applicable)

Liability

UK Modular Fabrication Limited accepts full responsibility for issuing refunds where the unit does not match the agreed specification outlined above.

Insurance

All units, deliveries, and installations are covered by third-party insurance within the United Kingdom, ensuring full protection throughout the process.
